(1) There’s a free version of the system you can use without paying a penny. This is probably the biggest positive to people who don’t have any cash to put into their marketing endeavors. But I think it’s worth upgrading to a pro account as soon as you do have enough money because by not doing so you are not getting the most out of the system.
(2) The system lets you link to as many different landing pages as you need to and it’s very easy to copy and paste lots of URLs into the target link box.
(3) As a pro member you can include three links in each submission.
(4) Each article is put on 50 sites so that means you will build 150 links with just one submission.
(5) If you include your own blogs in the system you can get free bonus backlinks with every one of your articles.
(6) You can also get bonus links back to your sites by referring new users.
Free Traffic System Cons
(1) The system can be a bit clumsy to get used to in comparison with some other article distribution services.
(2) The “choosing” of the blogs you want each of your articles to be submitted to can be quite cumbersome although they say they have their reasons for it.
(3) There is a cap of 50 different sites that your article submissions can go out to. With systems such as Article Marketing Automation there is no limit and your articles can actually go out to hundreds of different websites instead of just 50.

I don’t think you should use just this service to submit your articles. To get the best results you will need to also use other article submission websites like ArticleRanks.
