Article marketing is an affordable solution for small businesses who want to enhance search engine optimization without letting go of the quality of their company website. I have been able to produce tens of thousands of quality links to my websites by committing to less than 1 hour each week, and this article will tell you how to do the same. The total cost of this SEO solution is crazy-low when compared to using Adwords and other advertising methods, as you fix your cost at less than $70 per month for an unlimited ability to create backlinks to your site(s).

First, you create an account at the Unique Article Wizard (link below) and then prepare to spend about 20 minutes turning your original content article into about 400 to 500 automatically published articles! That’s right, twenty minutes of additional work on an article creates 800 to 1,000 quality back-links to your site. What if you organized yourself or employees to do one of these each day? Your website traffic would soar with several thousand relevant back-links after a month or two!

So you write an article(or one of your employees has written) about a product or service that you provide, or perhaps a list of tips for using one of your products. You then just copy and paste the article into the Unique Article Wizard and it will then walk you through a super-easy wizard that has you create modifications in each paragraph.

One of my favorite features about this article writing tool is that there are “how to” videos on every page of the wizard, so if you are not certain what to do, you watch the video and then do what it says. I found it so easy to use that I knocked out my first four articles in less than 2 hours (yeah, that will be about 2,000 – 4,000 of relevant back links to my company websites).

Once you finish with the modifications, you click a “submit” button and then the Unique Article Wizard will publish your articles to hundreds of different websites. And you can modify the publishing frequency so that your links grow on a daily basis! Imagine where you would be a year from now with 200 or more articles (featured 500 times each) with two highly targeted keyword links back to your company website pages?

I am completely satisfied with the Unique Article Wizard, and it has become a valued tool at our real estate company. I have involved many of our employees in writing brilliant articles and the result has been tens of thousands of quality links to our company websites. This is a tool you should definitely investigate if you plan on using your website to help you gain more business.

You Will See That The Sites You Link To Can Certainly Make A Difference

If you want to get top website positioning your site will be evaluated on many different aspects. One of the things that most men and women already know is that they need to have their web page keyword optimized. You probably also know that developing links to your site will also be able to help you increase your search engine rankings as well as your pagerank. Of course there are various other things that people need to recognize about their search engine ranking.

Even though no one knows precisely how Google’s algorithm works there are a handful of things that are known. Who you link to is amongst the things that will make a difference on how well your website ranks in the search engine results pages. Linking to selected sites that Google considers a poor site is an issue that is not going to allow you to rank your site well. When Google spiders your web page and follows the link you have pointing to the other website, Google will think that you’re in bed with the other web page that they already banned. This will definitely hurt your page ranking and your search engine position, that is if Google doesn’t decide to ban your website just for linking to a site that they have previously banned.

Needless to say the exact opposite is actually additionally true. I’ve actually tested this specific theory out many times on a number of my sites. And each and every time I would simply add a high authority link to another site, about a week afterwards I would end up jumping within the search engine rankings. There was no fixed increase, as a number of sites would move only a couple of placements while other websites would jump pages at one time.

The quickest way to do this would be to simply embed a link from a You Tube video straight into your website. Incorporating a You Tube video is actually something that helps your website in two ways, first Google loves sites with video and second of all you will end up setting up a link that points to You Tube. And on some Internet sites I would simply generate a hyperlink in the text that would hyperlink the term “Google” to the Google homepage. By just incorporating these few links you will realize that it will help the particular ranking of your website somewhat quickly.

Once more, you will have to be careful who you link to. Before swapping links with any web page it is advisable to check on Google to determine if the site that wants to trade links shows up in Google to begin with. The Internet site itself could have been banned from the Google search engine, which is why it is not indexed. This does not necessarily indicate that the site was banned it might just be that it is a rather new site and Google has not listed this site in their results yet. But no matter what the particular reason they are not indexed, that isn’t going to be a link that will do you any good in any case, as Google is not going to even know about it.

Why Backlinks Are Good For Ranking

An elemental part of achieving top Google rankings is getting a fresh regular supply of backlinks. These are the life blood of seo campaigns. Notice I claimed fresh, i.e. New back-links. And when i say new I'm refferring to getting new backlinks from new websites and not only the same existing web sites.

If you get links from new web sites you will increase your backlink portfolio. The trouble with a lot of link building software programmes and networks is that they keep providing you with links from the same limited supply of websites. Be it 200 or 2000 there will come to a point when all you are getting is links from he same sources. At this point you've hit the over saturation apex.

This could be ok for some markets , but for more extreme demanding net arenas this won't cut it. You will need regular monthly web links from new and varied sources. Why do you need back links? Links are regarded as votes by Google. The site with the most links often is top dog in search site land. Links keep the g=Google automatic robots flowing back to your internet site to see if theres any fresh content for them to index.

Once you’ve got enough links you can rank for virtually anything. Links also help your new content get found and indexed by Google. The index is where Google stores all it’s copies of your website. Google can basically opt to view your content although not actually index it. It it is not indexed they can’t show it in their listing results? How does one ensure it’s indexed? Throw some high quality links at it.

There are several methods to build links that are far more effective than coughing up for them. Article promoting is amazing, as is blogging. You can join a free blog at wordpress.com, zimbio.com, squidoo.com and plenty of other places. Just Google “free blog hosts”. A cool new seo technique is referred to as a linkwheel. You build blogs over all of these platforms and link them to each other and to your most important site. This adds additional power to your blog network.

To get truly good at search engine optimization you want to keep current with the most recent seo techniques.

Brick and mortar businesses can learn a lot from large corporations, and often times that is where we look for growth ideas for our companies. But we can also learn from the little guys too, and today we’ll look at a search engine optimization technique that is used by many sole proprietor’s who work as internet marketing specialists.

In past articles, we discussed how to create relevant backlinks as a critical part of the search engine optimization process. While this is a service that many will choose to out-source, there is a much better way to handle this “in house” that will save you thousands of dollars per month and provide you with a much higher quality list of back links.

Sticky organic marketing is an article marketing process for creating strong backlinks to your website that are highly relevant and last for many years. This concept of “stick” refers to the length of the content’s life cycle – and therefore the life cycle of the backlinks to your site. Just how long does your content remain indexed? How long do your backlinks remain active?

A great new e-Book (free download) covers this concept and why it is far more beneficial to your company’s internet marketing plan than a paid-backlinks process. I strongly recommend that you read through the e-Book and use it to help you begin creating eternal backlinks that will, over time, help your SEO far more than a simple paid backlink plan.

Remember, backlinks are seen by search engines as “referrals” to your company website; in a sense they are seen as proof of your authority in your specific market niche. By working to increase the number of backlinks to the key pages on your company website, you will see a gradual growth in the organic traffic that you receive because of your higher rankings with the search engines. Read the e-Book and be prepared to find the simple, cheap, and effective method for building your authority on the internet.

Top Link Building Tips

As most Internet marketers well know, link building is one of the most important tasks for promoting a site. However, the methods for building links change over time, and some things such as reciprocal linking, no longer work as well as they once did. This page is meant to show marketers some of the latest link building methods that continue to work well.

Below is a list of what I consider the best link building tips:

* Whenever possible, get one-way links instead of reciprocal links, which no longer provide much benefit to your site. Search engines simply do not give much weight to reciprocal links anymore, so your time is better spent pursuing one-way links. Buying links at sites like Text Link Ads is probably the easiest way. Another tactic is to use software like SeNuke, which automates the building of one-way links.

* If you have the money to purchase a listing in the Yahoo Directory, then by all means get listed. Unfortunately the cost of getting listed with Yahoo is high, currently costing $299/year. But if you can afford it, this one listing will give you a lot of link juice.

* Submit your site to the Open Directory (aka Dmoz). After Yahoo, this directory is the best place to be listed. The good thing is that it is free, unlike Yahoo. However, getting listed can take a lot of time, so you should resubmit every few months if you don’t get listed.

* Write articles and submit to article directories. Using automated tools is the name of the game here, because writing and submitting numerous articles day after day can burn you out quickly. Some tools to faciliate article marketing are Magic Article Rewriter and SeNuke.

* Put your articles on Web 2.0 sites. Doing this manually will take a lot of time, so I recommend an automated tool like SeNuke for this. Focus on popular Web 2.0 properties like Hubpages, Squidoo, and WordPress. Make sure the pages you create contain backlinks to your site.

* Submit your site to social bookmarking sites. This technique, while powerful, can be tedious since there are dozens of social bookmarking sites to submit to. The best option is to use software that will automate the submission process. Two programs to consider are Bookmarking Demon and SeNuke.

* Create videos and post them on Youtube and other video sites. Youtube’s description box allows you to add a link, and this is a great way to create a backlink from a major site like Youtube. Creating videos sounds hard to many people, but it doesn’t have to be. One way to create a nice video quickly is to record yourself doing a slide presentation using screen capture programs like Camtasia or CamStudio.

If you only employ a few of these link building tips for each new site or webpage you create, you will start seeing a significant increase in traffic.

As a small or medium business owner, you may want to advertise and promote your website as economically as possible. In recent years, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has emerged as one of the surest and cheapest way for long-term business promotion.A typical business owner is not expected to be knowledgeable about SEO and its benefits. Even if the owner knows SEO, he/she may not be sure how to choose an ethical SEO who can get the job done at the best rates and within timeline. Choosing a SEO consultant or company for your website can be a tiring and overwhelming experience. Many SEO specialists will boast about adopting the latest path-breaking SEO techniques, use testimonials from clients and guarantees of #1 placements on Google. But how can you, as a non expert, select a genuine SEO consultant? Listed below, are a few of the main pointers used to detect fake SEO consultants or fake SEO companies.#1 Google ranking for Website: If any company guarantees you that they can place your website in the number one position on Google, then take my advice – RUN in the opposite direction. It’s obvious this company is desperate to get business and is willing misleading you to get your hard earned cash. No company can make such claims. Google’s algorithms are one of the best kept secrets. What SEO companies can do is optimize and promote the website according to widely known principles, intelligent guess work, best practices and lots of hard work. At most a company can claim that they can acquire good rankings such as top 10 results. But even then, verify their past track record to measure how they fared with other clients.Very Low Prices:Many companies charge ridiculously low amount of money for a lot of services. As an astute business person, you can intelligently deduce that any work that requires hours and hours of hard work, research and analysis by a team of experts cannot come cheap. Most of the times, specialists from various fields such as programmers, content writers, SEO analyst, link builders etc. pool their resources to make a site successful on Google. Therefore quality services cannot come as cheap as many companies charge.Secret and Proprietary Technique That Cannot be Revealed: I don’t think we even need to elaborate on this. As the owner of the website, you should be aware of what’s happening to your site and what steps are been taken to optimize and promote it. Recommending Black Hat Techniques: Lot of companies recommends shady tactics known as black hat practices to get your site up in search engines. Not only do these practices have very short term benefits, but they can also be very counter productive since the search engines can eventually catch website following these practices. Many websites big and small have been heavily penalized for using such techniques. So play safe and avoid these SEO companies like the plague.Using Outdated Techniques: Once upon a time, techniques like reciprocal link exchange, keyword stuffing etc. were used to get good rankings. Google and other search engines have wizened up and rank a site for its worthiness and not just back links and keyword stuffing. Choose a company that will recommends steps to make your site useful & relevant and not take short cuts.

Keep these tips in mind while choosing an SEO company for your website and hopefully they will help you select an SEO company that knows their job and can handle your website promotion very well. Good luck!

Link building is one of the major strategies of “off page SEO”. SEO is built up of two different types of SEO on page SEO and off page SEO. Link building is the number one strategy in off page SEO which helps to build popularity, increase search engine rankings and helps to improve pagerank. This is why link building is important.Link building is the process of increasing the amount of overall links that are directed to your website, these can either be internal or external links (usually made up of both internal and external links). External links are also called backlinks and are links from another website (generally within the same market) to your website. The more important the website that is linking to you is the better and stronger the external links (backlinks) are. The importance of a website is created through using the Google algorithm and without confusing you too much i will say that the algorithm takes many factors in to account, including domain/website age, pagerank, SERP (Search engine results page) rankings and much much more.To increase the amount of backlinks you have there are a number of strategies you can put in place, some which are ethical and some unethical practices. I shall just focus on the ethical practices which you can take to increase the amount of backlinks. One of the most effective ways of increasing the number of backlinks you have is through your content by ensuring your content is unique, informative, entertaining and useful then many people will link back to your content, they may bookmark the content and tell friends about it. Secondly you can perform link exchanges with other websites in your market this can be done through contacting the owners of the other website via their contacts page.Forum signatures these work a charm, especially if the forum your a member of is relevant to your websites market. There are several ways in which you can increase the amount of links you have incoming to your website, some which are obvious and you are probably already doing and others which are unique creative and effective.
